All ticket purchases are final. There are NO REFUNDS and tickets are non-transferable.

Crowd Notice and Release:
Please be aware that by entering this area, you consent to your voice and likeness being used without compensation in films, tapes and stills for exploitation in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised and you release PSQ Productions, its successors, assigns, and licensees, from any liability on account of such usage.

Assumption of Risk:
By attending The Layover events at Great Park Live: (1) you knowingly and voluntarily accept all known and unknown risks of personal injury, illness, death or other loss; and (2) you agree to release and hold harmless PSQ Productions and all of its parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents and representative from any and all claims, actions, liability, obligations and damages against the foregoing parties related to or in connection with you attending The Layover and participating in any attractions/events offered.

The purchaser understands and agrees all tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
